Abstract

In the world of work, work problems or issues that arise is as a part of the dynamics of employment, with the problems faced and solved by someone, then someone will be more mature when he was able and capable of handling the problem. Ideally we are working according to interests or educational background, and most people would think so. But the reality is often different, due to existing conditions or demands that we mangharuskan 'swerved' and elaborate area we do not like or the original beyond our expertise. The purpose of this study was to find out what psychological problems faced by employees of educational backgrounds are not in accordance with his work and to learn how to cope with psychological problems experienced by employees with educational backgrounds do not fit with her work. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, using the four subjects of the employees who have the educational background does not match the job characteristics and degree educated D3. Data analysis is done by using qualitative descriptive data analysis method that is usually in the form of literary studies or empirical studies. Based on the results of the research shows the employees who have the educational background does not match the job to have psychological problems such as nervous, nervous and anxious at the time of interview the employees because they do not master the theory of human behavior, was afraid of when recruiting employees, less confident when they have to convince the customer, to feel less capable in terms of arithmetic. They sometimes find it hard to sleep because of thinking about work. As for how employees cope with psychological problems is by way of complaint asking each subject to a competent person, in this case leadership, looking for customers or clients outside of work, sharing with co-workers, maintaining good relations with the leaders and co-worker.
