Abstract

ABSTRACT Population administration services are one of the vital services that must be obtained by the community, because population documents are one of the main requirements for the community to obtain other public services. The formulation of the problem in this study is to determine the innovation of public services in the administration sector (Study in Purwodadi Village, Blimbing District, Malang City) and to find out what are the obstacles in public service innovation in the administration sector (Study in Purwodadi Village, Blimbing District, Malang City). The research method used in this research is through a qualitative approach, a qualitative approach is shown to understand phenomena, for example from the perspective of the participants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation with qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the administration of administrative services in Purwodadi Subdistrict, Blimbing District, Malang City. It can be seen that the Service Administration procedure has been carried out properly by the village apparatus. The community really feels the implementation of services in accordance with the stipulated provisions, where the service has been felt with various conveniences so that the community's needs for public services have run according to the provisions. In general, the services provided are not provided or are subject to a certain amount of fees, however, certain services are subject to fees in accordance with the provisions and payments are not made to employees but instead directly to the bank. Constraints in Service Delivery in Purwodadi Village, Blimbing District, Malang City are the number of human resources that are not in accordance with the service system provided. This condition makes the service activities provided less satisfying to the community as service users.
