Fermented soybean is a kind of food that contains of high nutrition contents.The contents contained in a piece of fermented soybean includes protein, mineral, vitamin, carbohydrate, etc. Which support nutrition of human body. At the moment, the processed product which is made of fermented soybean is not only fermented soybean crispy chips, but also fermented soybean sausage. ZOPE Company create fermented soybean that is safe to consume by widespread society. Therefore, Malang city, as a central producer of fermented soybean, is expected to be able to increase society’s income by utilizing one of alternative business industry in food processing (fermented soybean) based on proper and appropriate development strategy. The problems on this research were, among other things, whether fermented soybean sausage home industry is financially proper to develop, then how the sensitivity level of every component is analyzed (investment, cost, and benefit) if the external change occur and whether there is any influence to the fermented soybean sausage home industry, and how the development strategy of fermented soybean home industry is. This research was used to find out the feasibility financial of fermented soybean home industry ZOPE company, to find out the sensitivity level of every component investigated, that investment, cost and benefit if the external change occur and could be used to find out the company feasibility after experience the changes, and to find out the development strategy towards fermented soybean sausage home industry in ZOPE company. The location determination on ZOPE fermented soybean Sausage Company was conducted on purpose under a consideration that the site is a central producer of fermented soybean sausage. The primary data collection was conducted by using the methods of interview, observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from the library and interrelated agency relating to this research as well as the previous research result. Data analysis and sensitivity analysis. While, the descriptive analysis used was swot analysis for determining the company development strategy. From the research result, it could be seen that food processing home industry in ZOPE Company for 24 month show that this business deserves to develop. It is shown with NPV value to the amount for Rp. 13.045.185, IRR resulted is 19%, ratio B/C Net value of 4,73 at the interest rate of 1% and the time required to repay or return all costs spent in investment of a project (payback period), that is on 5 th month. While, the sensitivity analysis results at the interests rate of 1%, the food processing home industry in ZOPE Company as long as 24 month by both raising and reducing investment, cost and benefit of 10% is still able to consider appropriate to develop. Besides, it could be said that the benefit is more sensitive than investment and cost. SWOT analysis is an identification of various both internal and external factors which is systematically used for formulating the company strategy. The internal and external factors resulted from the research on food processing home industry in ZOPE Company are obtained, and the strength owned includes human resources availability both in quality and quantity, strategic company location, low cost spent and easytoobtain equipment relativity cheap and competitive product selling price, fermented soybean sausage is a healthful product and has a specific attractive flavour. The weaknesses had are the product could not stay fresh for a long time, the consumers could be easily bored with this product, and the licenses from MUI and health government agency are still under process/not finished yet. The chances involve the issues of formalin and borax usages on foods are still heated, continuous demand, society who choose innovative product. While, the available threatens include the competitors who manufacture the same products, the consumers who are getting bored with the products, and the technology which is getting advanced and sophisticated.
