Abstract

Pride will result of employees masterpiece, big enthusiasm or interest to work represent strong incentive to realize work, in consequence the aspect motivate is one of main key in target attainment with expected. PT. Intan Pramadita accept a lot of duty which must be finished with brief time, but is not made balance to with employees amount answering the demand so that there are some company duty which do not finish on schedule and the mentioned result employees have to work of office hours which have been determined. This research is conducted by using approach qualitative with case study device. Technique of data collecting conducted by through : circumstantial interview and observation and also documentation. After done by inspection validity, data analysed by (1) data discount, (2) presentation of data and, (3) conclusion withdrawal. Pursuant to conducted research, hence the result got by is : (1) picture motivate employees job in PT. Intan Pramadita is desire to please others. Pride and ownself requirement demand as enhancement factor motivate officer job, from other side that there is awareness that striving is the part of successfulness live, for the reason out for to always look for job of extra assistively is company head of outside office hour. (2) Strategy and effort conducted by a company is improvedly employ officer, credit subsidy, and health subsidy for employees. Beside gift training on outside town, to give congeniality and understanding to employees about company requirement which must be done. There by remember PT. Intan Pramadita is one of company moving in the field of expedition, where services and facility aspect, hence the company better add adequate facility for his employees in order to the company activity walk at ease and fulfill goals work. Prosperity attention to employees require to be improved, possible addedly employ employees or add better job medium is which is anding will be able to improve motivation of outside town, to give congeniality and understanding to employees about company requirement which must be done.
