The research aimed to find out the employee’s motivator factor, hygiene, and productiveness at “Sinar Biru” Ceramic Earthenware Company Surabaya also to find out whether motivator and hygiene factors have significant influence to the employee productiveness at “Sinar Biru” Ceramic Earthenware Company Surabaya. The research benefit for the company was for consideration in deciding policy to motivate the employee, in this about motivation factor to the employee work productiveness. Analytical toool used in this research were scale rate and multiple linear regression. According to the average calculation about motivator factor scale, work- productiveness hygiene factor also has significant influence to the employee productiveness at “Sinar Biru” Ceramic Earthenware Company Surabaya. The writer suggest the company to pay attention to the hygiene factor, the real effort should be done was monitoring the work should be done by the employee so that the work could be done right on time as the rule stated. In this monitoring, the company should pay attention to the policy arranged to be fit the employee condition. Beside, there hoped that the company should pay attention to the salary given to the employee so that it wouldn’t get the employee loss and fit with position and work-load should be fulfilled by the employee. The company should give proper facility as the achievement given by the company. There hoped that the company always give freedom for the employee in company’s activity so they would have optimum motivation to work in the company.
