Abstract
Performance is a reflection of the process of thingking, planning and behave that is actually undertaken by individuals to achieve the objectives of the work. Personality, motivation, and individual attitudes are psychological conditions that will not be detached from the things that affect performance. The study aims to determine the role of agreeableness personality in moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and performance. The subject in this study was the Comuunity Cadre Tuberculosis ‘Aisyiyah Malang as much as 180 people. Includes male and female cadres with an range of 23-60 years. Measurements made using the work performance scale, self efficacy scale and the big five personality – agreeableness personality. Analysis of the research using moderated regression analysis. The result there is a link between self efficacy with performance and agreeableness personality not moderate the relationship between the two variables.
