Autism is a developmental process occurring disorders in children with these characteristics, among others; do not want to socialize with people, ignorant and busy with his own world, selin was reluctant to eye contact which usually terdekteksi after 3 years. This causes disturbances in language, cognitive, social, and have a need for mempertahnkan similarities in behavior and environment, so that it can be said of children with autism live in a world of his own. Language students with autism is characterized by the first words often appear, however, not significant; usually less than 15 words, the words that appear and then disappear; body language did not develop; bit refers to the object, no creative use of language; strange sound pressure rhythm; articulation of a very low half of normal children and also almost the words do not contain sampling or subject makna.Peneliti autistic student named INSPIRATION RAMADHAN 9-year-old in Pearl Self Installation Islamic Hospital of Malang Islamic University. This research method used is descriptive method to describe qualitative data was analyzed and the results. The data in this research is a form of usage and revenue patterns of spoken language students with autism at age 9 Pearl Self Installation Islamic Hospital of Malang Islamic University. The data in the analysis by describing the pattern of acceptance of oral language to students with autism age of 9 years of repetition, Languages generated, and Diminted and shape the use of oral language acquired in the field of words in autistic students age 9, there are 3 models of single word utterances (Usk) , two-word utterances (CDU, form words, and meaning of words which are held by children. From the analysis of data it can be concluded that the pattern of acceptance and usage of oral language students with autism at age 9 Pearl Self Installation Islamic Hospital of Malang Islamic University frequently get prompt / aid in the form of 'pictures, numbers, and oral language of the therapist, although not perfect for students with autism is now regularly attend school in kindergarten. Dewi Sartika Dinoyo to socialize with their peers and also students with autism are good at memorizing the prayer-prayer short letter.
