Abstract
Situation of growth of good enough economics, affecting to downhill credit rate of interest storey level. This matter give opportunity to be more maximize house credit which is conducted by banking sector for the requirement of purchasing of house to family. In line with is fast of economic growth him and business, government give wisdom in giftg of KPR where this matter executed by banking institute, one of them by Bank of Anglomas International. Writer in this skripsi lift title " Analyse Yuridis Sosiologis Repreship of Ownership of House" ( Study In Bank of Anglomas Branch of Surabaya). Problems the lifted is 1. Execution of gift of credit of ownership of house in Bank of Anglomas International 2. its Effort Solution if happened credit stuck. Target of this research is to know how execution of gift of credit of ownership of house exist in Bank of Anglomas International along with its solution effort if happened credit stuck. In this research, writer use research of sosiologis yuridis with obtained materials of spacious study and bibliography. While data analysis conducted with method of diskriptif qualitative that is analysing data precisely able to explain clearly fact exist in field and obtain get conclusion and also can get answers to problems faced. Result of research which have been conducted by writer, in general can be described as by following, that Bank effort of Anglomas International to depress credit stuck among others pass applying of principle of prudential banking that is character, capacity, capital, collateral, economic of condition and comand of credit guarantee insurance. In the event of credit ownership of house stuck hence its management is delivered to Office Service of Receivable and Auction State (KP2LN).
