Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the influence of the control environment, control activities, risk assessment, information and communication, and monitoring of employee performance in the research and development planning agency of the city of Bima. The population in this study were employees of the regional development planning agency for research and development of the city of Bima. The total number of respondents who filled out the research questionnaire was 33, namely all employees of the regional development planning agency for research and development of the city of Bima The results of this study indicate that the variables of the control environment, control activities, risk assessment, information and communication, and monitoring have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of the regional development planning agency for research and development of the city of Bima. Partially from the control environment variables, control activities, risk assessment, information and communication, and partial test results monitoring shows that the control environment and risk assessment have no effect on employee performance, while control activities, information and communication, and monitoring have a significant effect on employee performance. regional development planning agency for research and development of the city of Bima.
