Homosexuality is a fairly taboo in public views Indonesia, although in the West it has become a culture and a few figures Western psychology has regarded this not constitute a nuisance psychological but rather as a life choice. A man is free to choose couples of the opposite sex or lesbian, unlike in Indonesia where society can not accept when a man is paired with male lesbian. The community is still considered taboo, so it tends to negative rate was a homosexual. This study aims to determine how the etiology of homosexuality and how the psychological condition of a homosexuals who live in Indonesian society that still considers negative them. The subjects in this study were male homosexuals as many as three people. Assessment methods used were observation, interviews, and psychological tests, the graphical test, MMPI, and SSCT. From the results of this research note that the three subjects have the etiology are almost the same weak role of fathers in families making mother's role became dominant. In addition, all three have the experience positive in relation to same-sex, so that makes this behavior is repeated that strengthen their kehomoseksualan. Two subjects took This homosexual tendencies from childhood and later reinforced by the roles people which hinders parents developed into a masculine man (inhibition masculine development), whereas other subjects experienced many times an unpleasant incident in connection with the opposite sex. In this psychological condition. The first subject has been able to receive kehomoseksualannya although it has less fear about the future. The second subject has not kehomoseksualannya fully accept, but he did not think too much about this because already married. He was only afraid of sin that God has given him. Another case with a third subject, he could not accept kehomoseksualannya and conflict (conflict) that occurred was between the inability to control with same-sex desire and sin for his actions. He also felt afraid if his future will be bleak.
