Abstract
Arin Olivia Rahmayanti, 201610050311163, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Government Science Study Program, Evaluation of the Interlocking Poverty Mitigation Femal Matrix Prevention Program in Malang Regency, Advisor I: Drs. Jainuri, M.Sc; Advisor II: Ach. Apriyanto Romadhon, S.IP., M.Sc The Poverty Matter Mitigation Prevention Program is a product of the East Java Province Paving Matra Program as one of the commitments to improve and expand gender-based poverty reduction programs with the goal of the Head of the Women's Household in the people of East Java Province in a sustainable manner with economic empowerment efforts. This research was conducted in Malang Regency which was one of the target recipients of the PFK Matra Interlocking Program target from 2015-2019. So an evaluation is needed to find out the benefits and value of a program for five years the program runs. Also to find out the supporting factors and obstacles in it because this program does not fully run smoothly. This research is to find out, describe the implementation of the program and evaluate the Interlocking Poverty Mitigation Matrix Program in Malang Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive model analysis by Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation and data verification. In the research results it can be concluded that the program is said to have run well and is quite effective in terms of program implementation, but the results or impacts produced are still lacking.
