Abstract

In addition to improving income, one of the most important thing is the improvement of services for the customer care service users or owners of vehicles. Not a few owners motor vehicle when parked in a place, either in the building, the center shops, hospitals, or anywhere else, not getting service adequate, especially related to the comfort and security in the park vehicle. Formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) What are the risks if there defaults in a motor vehicle care agreement? (2) How do I solving problems in case of defaults in the vehicle care agreements motor?. Approach to the problem of juridical sociological research, the approach which is done by examining an issue that correlated with the material law or regulation - laws and regulations. Data types used (1) Primary data (2) Secondary data. Data collection is done by (1) interview (2) observation. Data analysis techniques in this study is a technique descriptive qualitative, in the context of this research is used to obtain description of a general nature and relatively thorough about how responsibility managers responsible motor vehicle care services.
