Abstract

This study is case study in PR.UD Bintang Timur entitle ”An analysis on Intern Control System over Payroll and Wages System in PR.UD Bintang Timur”. The purposes of this study are to know whether PR.UD Bintang Timur have implemented intern control system in payroll and wages for employees or not and to know how is the implementation of intern control system in payroll and wages for employee in PR.UD Bintang Timur. The result of study shows that payroll and wages in PR. UD Bintang Timur have run effectively and efficiently. It is known based on the result of standard budget calculation of 15,6% for mill employee and of 4,33% for packing employee. Yet, the implementation of intern control system on payroll and wages in this company is still in “unhealthy” process, it is because there is no separation duty and responsibility based on the each function. Therefore, it is possibly any deceitfulness by such parties.
