Abstract

Background : In Indonesia it is estimated that there are 65% - 85% of people who experience / suffer from Low Back Pain. Low Back Pain is a problem such as chronic or acute pain in the lower back or lumbar region. One form of exercise used to relieve pain in LBP patients is with a Mc.Kenzie Exersice therapist. Coolie building at PT. Garuda Bangkit Jaya, Madiun City, which experienced LBP as many as 29 people. So that researchers have an interest in conducting research on the Effect of Mc. Kenzie Exercise Against Pain Relief in Myogenic Low Back Pain (LBP) Coolie Building in PT. Garuda Bangkit Jaya Madiun City.
