Attribution Against Failure is a self assessment of when a person feels unsure of his own and the causes of failure in an event that occurred either because of internal factors or external factors. Where in social life, man is not free from problems. The problems that arise are caused by several factors both internally and externally which vary from individual to individual one, and all that little lot will affect the lives of the individuals concerned. Similarly TKIW, where the condition and current economic situation to be working very hard though. Economic tension has increased while employment is extremely difficult. Due to this condition as an alternative, our society especially the women become TKIW is a gift that is promising and lucrative. Whereas most TKIW come from underprivileged families and less educated. This causes very minimal skills possessed both the use of language and other skills. So the TKIW failure while working abroad. The purpose of this study were (1). To know the dimension of attribution of failure in TKIW. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive approach. Used this approach because it wanted to find a picture of social phenomena based on the facts that exist and as they are. Samples were taken at Gondanglegi Malang regency. In this research the facts to be described is TKIW who have already worked abroad, so that already feel themselves how things really are there but because there are several reasons TKIW finally repatriated by the employer. The subjects of this study as many as 3 people who had worked in Arabic, specifically in the town of Al-Sinakyah Yambu, Tabuk and Abha. Data collection methods in the study include observations directly to the location of the study (observation) and ask the respondent (interview). Conclusion This study shows that TKIW assume that the failure they experienced came from external factors, such as employers who are never satisfied with the work TKIW, the weather is very cold, very long clothes and wearing a veil, and disorders of the male employer who liked to show genitals . While the employer considers that the failure experienced by TKIW derived from self TKIW themselves because they do not have the skills at work, can not use foreign languages, nature TKIW who like to fight against employers and lazy at work because work without interruption.
