Abstract

The research was done in Pujon sub-district Malang Residence East Java province, from January 30th to February 13th 2010. While for protein, fat, and weight testing of milk was done by using lactoscan which was done in SAE Cooperation Business Unit Pujon. The research purpose was to find out Aloe Barbandensis Miller treatment at milk cow feed to the protein, fat, and specific weight rate at PFH milk cow. Material used in this research was PFH milk cow in lactation one with quantity 15 cows with three cows each treatment. The research used complete random design with 5 treatment and 3 repeat. Cow group used was lactation milk cow amounted 15 cows by Aloe Barbandensis Miller treatment (P1=0 kg as control, P2 = 1 kg, P3 = 2 kg, P4 = 3 kg, P5 = 4 kg). Various analysis result showed that Aloe Barbandensis Miller treatment has unreal influence (P>0.05) to fat, protein, and specific weight rate at Friesian Holstein milk cow. The conclusion was Aloe Barbandensis Miller treatement didn’t increase protein, fat, and specific weight rate of Friesian Holstein milk cow.
