Abstract

This study aimed to describe the depression that occurs in patients with chronic renal failure experienced by SAD for several years. A person suffering from pain beratdan in a long time are likely to experience depression caused by her illness. Having conducted in-depth interviews found that subjects (SAD) were depressed. This is evident with the emergence of indications: 1. feel disappointed with yourself who can not give due attention to the family and can not maintain self-health, 2. The idea of guilt in the form of feeling the pain is a punishment from God, 3. view others more fortunate, 4. Self-esteem and confidence declined due to physical changes, 5. decreased concentration and attention, 6. lose interest and excitement, 7. Depressive feelings are a sad, depressed, irritable. The subject of a good spiritual life reduces the depression suffered by the subject with an attitude of resignation, be steadfast and trust in Allah, so the subjects could endure dri suffering because of physical illness and psychological illness.
