This study there are two variables, namely the effectiveness of communication as the independent variable and conflict work as dependent variables. This study aims to determine the relationship between the effectiveness of communication with work conflict. This research is quantitative. The instrument used is the scale of the effectiveness of communication and work conflict scale developed by using Likert scale. The samples were employees of PT. Gloria Way Rama Textile Industry with as many as 122 people using random sampling techniques. From the results obtained by the index try out the validity of items for the scale of communication effectiveness ranged from 0.353 to 0.780, while for the work conflict scale ranges from 0.398 to 0.770. Reliability for the scale items of communication effectiveness from 0.6100 to 0.7337 while the scale of labor conflict from 0.6162 to 0.7343. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation, analysis of the results obtained coefficient rxy = -0.849 and p = 0.000, which means there are negative and highly significant relationship between the effectiveness of communication with work conflict. Thus, it means the proposed hypothesis is accepted, ie the higher the lower the effectiveness of communication conflict on employees' work and vice versa the lower the effectiveness of communication, the higher the conflict of work on employees. The results showed effective contribution of the communication effectiveness of 79.9% of the labor conflict, this means there are 20.1% of other factors not studied that also plays a role in labor conflicts.
