Abstract
Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park (TNBNW) is a conservation area in Bone Bolango that has the potential of biodiversity and ecosystems as well as the beauty of the natural panorama which has become an object of natural tourist destination. However, the management of the TNBNW area still tends to prioritize conservative management. The importance of preserving national park without ignoring the role and welfare of local communities encourages the Balai TNBNW with the maleo ecotourism group worked together in the form of a partnership in developing ecotourism in the TNBNW area in Tulabolo Village which was assisted by its funding by EPASS.The research method used is qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The concept used is a partnership by Ambar Teguh Sulistyani emphasizing that the partnership is carried out on the basis of mutual agreement to increase capacity and capability in a particular business field so that the achievement of common goals, and mutual benefit to the parties involved.The results showed that the partnerships included government actors namely Balai TNBNW, maleo ecotourism group and EPASS. The partnership formed is a partnership that is mutualism. The government can continue to preserve the National Park's conservation, EPASS can show its responsibility towards improving the management of TNBNW and the community has benefited from the results of tourist visits through the services of tour guides and rental of homestays.Overall the form of this partnership is supported by the trust of the actors, the existence of dialogue and there is commitment in written form. But there are some shortcomings, namely the absence of internal group regulations, the lack of support in the form of a budget from the local government, and the lack of promotion carried out
