Interpersonal conflict with the husband is a condition of conflict, misunderstanding, differences between subjects with a husband related to the needs, desires, goals and objectives to be achieved by each party. This research is quantitative, aiming to find out the differences in interpersonal conflict with their husbands working mother and housewife. Samples of 60 subjects who lived in the district Ngantang. With the characteristics of women aged 25-40 years old, married and raising a family. For the sampling technique used purposive sampling, with 42 items favorable and unfavorable. From data analysis technique that uses the T-test result is very significant, (t = 10,902, p = 0.000), interpersonal conflict with their husbands in terms of wife's employment status. Where the average mother works at 123.87, while the housewife at 85.23. Interpersonal conflict in working mothers is higher than housewives.
