Abstract

PART driver The study entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee Loyalty in Section Driver PT. Prime Image Ken Dedes Malang ", is a descriptive research with a survey method in Transportation company. This research was conducted to determine whether factors that effect on employee loyalty part of the driver at. Prime Image Ken Dedes Malang and what factors affect employee loyalty significant driver of employee loyalty at. Prime Image Ken Dedes Malang and what factors most influence on loyalty employees of the driver at. Citra Malang Prime Ken Dedes In this hypothesis is inferred that the author assumes that the factors loyalty of employees who applied to companies which have influence significant impact on employee loyalty and alleged that the factor most Salaries effect on employee loyalty The analytical tool used in this study were factor analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Tool. Based on factor analysis of 20 variables can be reduced to 5 factors with an eigenvalue value greater than 1,000. The 5 newly formed factor is the First Factor (Facilities) Factors Second (Salary Factor) The third factor (Factor of Security) Fourth factor (Communications), Fifth factor (Incentive) From the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis, it is known that factors Salary Naturalife Greenworld keoefisien value regression greatest, so it is considered the most affect the Employee Loyalty Drivers Section In. Prime Image Ken Dedes Malang. Based on the above conclusions, peneiti can suggest, then we recommend companies have to factor that consists of a variable salary based on salary excess deposit, salary based on the type of car, the salary amount can be determined own.
