Abstract
This research aim to is to described achievement learn the mathematics of junior high school student in Malang City, for the described of student Attitude at mathematics in Malang City senior high school, to know the difference of student attitude at mathematics between student from SMP Negeri and junior high school Private sector and know the influence of student attitude of mathematics with the achievement learn the mathematics of student of junior high school in Malang City. Research device use the approach qualitative  quantitative. As for sample is SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 3, SMP Negeri 5, SMPK Cor Jesu, SMP Muhamadiyah 1 and SMP Muhamadiyah 4. Technique of data Intake use the method of enquette and documentation method. To know the difference of student attitude at mathematics between student from SMP Negeri and SMP private sector, hence analysis used method of Independent TTest with the level significant 5%. While to know the influence of student attitude at mathematics to achievement learn the mathematics of junior high school student in Malang City, hence analysis used a method Test the ChiSquare with the level significant 5%. From research result indicate that the 1) Achievement learn the mathematics of student junior high school in malang city is SMPN 1, SMPN 3, SMPN 5, SMPM 1 and SMPM 4 is middle. But in SMPK cor jesu is high. As for value for the SMPN 1 is up to 91,22; its SMPN 3 value up to 80,8; in SMPN 5 value up to 86, its SMPM 1 value up to 58,1; and its SMPM 4 value up to 64,6. For the SMPK of its cor jesu value up to 97,9 2) student attitude at mathematics of junior high school student in malang city is SMPN 1, SMPN 3, SMPN 5, SMPK Cor Jesu, dan SMPM 4 is middle. But is high in SMP Muhammadiyah 3) there is any difference mean of population of student attitude at mathematics between student of SMP Negeri and student of junior high school private sector. The difference seen from 3 component, where from third the component of compared to by higher SMPN with junior high school private sector. And 4) There is no influence of student attitude at mathematics to achievement learn the mathematics of student SMPN 1, SMPN 3, SMPN 5, SMPK Cor Jesu, SMPM 1, and SMPM 4. While its influence storey level is SMPN 1, SMPN 5, SMPK Cor Jesu, and SMPM 1 is lowering, later then for the SMPN 3 and SMPN 4 influence storey level
