The use of pre-cast method in concrete construction world is going faster in recently years. It is expected that this research can be used as one of inputs for practitioners, researchers and educational institutions. This research is discussing about the effect of reach ratio variation of two short sides to crack and bending behavior on pre-cast plate. This research is conducted in Concrete Technology Laboratorium of Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Its implementation includes some stages, that are the examination of concrete constituent and tensile test of steel-concrete, pre-cast plate casting, maintaining pre-cast plate by closing it using wet-sack for 28 days and then it is conducted the testing. It is given the reach ratio variation as much as 0.50 (50/100), 0.75 (75/100), dan 1.00 (100/100) with 8 cm in thick. From the research result, it shows that the bigger steel concrete ratio the bigger ultimit bending moment. From the testing result of all three test object models, the ratio additional of Lx/Ly is 0.50, 0.75, and 1.00 give an rise on ultimit moment of 11125 Nm at 0.50 ratio to 17250 Nm at ratio 0.75 or 55.05% and becomes 23958 Nm at ratio 1.00 or 115.3% to ratio 0.50. It means that by adding Lx/Ly ratio as much as 50% and 100% of the initial ratio, the resulted bending moment capacity is almost equal with its ratio percentages additional.
