Abstract
Hypertension represent serious problem because high of prevalensi and of complication menacing. For that need medication regularly. But in this time medication of hipertensi still not yet fully, this matter do not get out of role of attitude patient of hypertension. Do attitude influenced by knowledge level still not yet checked many. Have been conducted by research by observasional ananlytic have the character cross sectional to 64 patient of hypertension with simple random sampling tossly and analysed with test of chi square. Result of research can be concluded that most responder (43.7%) having an effect on unfavorable and 56.3% be having do not support to execution of diet therapy. Relasion between attitude with level knowledge of patient of hypertension to execution of diet therapy with value of significant 0,00. Result of this research recommend to be conducted by the makeup of counseling for the shake of makeup of knowledge of society is so that formed by attitude suporrting execution of diet therapy of patient hypertension.
