Abstract

Leaders have a very important and strategic role in ensuring the performance of a bureaucracy can run well following the goals set, and in solving problems that arise in the process of leadership, one of the urgency of leadership is how to provide decisions in the form of policies or services following environmental conditions from the scope of leadership or can be said as adaptability in providing decisions with the adaptability of achieving the goals that are mutually agreed upon is much easier, then the adaptability of leadership in providing services is very important for a leader. This research is included in the descriptive qualitative type with the case study method, the data obtained is obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation, then from the data helps in seeing the leadership of Major Siriphong Arundechachai in the Adaptability of Managerial Grid Oriented Public Services, the results of the study proves that the leadership level Major Siriphong Arundechachai in Managerial Grid Oriented Public Service Adaptability is at the level of Team Leader (9.9) following the values ​​obtained in the assessment of task orientation and subordinate orientation, which is assessed from the adaptability of the services provided and the pattern of communication with the employee.
