This research purpose to: (1) to describe teacher and student activity in application learning process with rotating trio exchange and scramble learning model do, (2) to know respons of student to rotating trio exchange and scramble learning model, and (3) to know the students’ achievement after use rotating trio exchange and scramble learning model. This research use qualitative approach with descriptive research. The data taken is the result of teacher activities observation, student activity, result of inquiry student respons, and result of test of student learn thorough with rotating trio exchange and scramble learning model. While, the sources in this research is 7th-C grade students and the teacher who teachs mathematics in 6th Muhammadiyah junior high school Dau Malang, that become research object is 7th-C grade student which number 26 students and mathematics teacher in 6th Muhammadiyah junior high school Dau Malang, and the teacher is the reseacher. From the result of researcher done shows that the average mark of teacher activity after the four times meeting is about 71,6%. Because of the procentation of teacher activity is between interval 70% until 84%, so the teacher activity in learning process is including “good” category. Moreover student activity from the first meeting until fourth meeting the average mark procentation which reach about 72,2%. Because of the procentation of student activity is between interval 70% until 84%, so the student activity in learning process is including “good” category. The average mark procentation for student respons to rotating trio exchange and scramble learning in 6th Muhammadiyah junior high school Dau Malang of 7th-C grade is about 87% with “very good” criteria. Classically, the students achievement using rotating trio exchange and scramble learning model by principle of school standard is 85,5% and it has fulfilled the SKBM requirement. Moreover, the students achievement classically by principle of Depdiknas standard 2002nd year is about 61,5% and it has not fulfilled the SKBM requirement yet. Based on the result of the research, it can be suggestioned that it can be done research continually by joining rotating trio exchange or scramble learning model with others learning model and in the higest level againt.
