Abstract

Keywords: Keywords: Element of Working Capital and Financial Performance This type of research conducted by the author is a case study, titled "The Influence of Working Capital Elements Of Company Financial Performance (Studies in Textile Companies Listed on Stock Exchange)." The purpose of this study is to determine the elements of working capital, including cash, inventories and receivables have influence over the company's financial performance and to determine the working capital elements that have a dominant effect on the financial performance of the company. Usefulness of research to be achieved, especially for a company to provide input in order to identify the above efforts to improve the profitability of the company with working capital management menggunakaan. From the analysis and discussion in the previous chapter, the conclusion can be drawn that elements of working capital, including cash, inventories and receivables have an influence on the financial performance of companies in the textile company listed on the IDX. It can be proved with R2 = 29.2% with a value of 8.747 Fcount greater than Ftable so that the hypothesis proved to be accepted. Cash is an element of working capital that have a dominant effect on the financial performance of textile companies listed on the Stock Exchange, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.538 with a value of 2.858 t ¬ count greater than the value ttable. Suggestions that may be filed in this research for the company, expected to take over management of company-owned cash so the company to repay short-term debt and ultimately to improve the ability to increase profitability. However, expected the company does not have to hold excessive amounts of cash, because it would allow a number of idle cash and could ultimately hurt the company. For Investors, is expected in determining the stocks in order to invest the investors are expected to always perform an assessment of financial performance development company that engaged in transactions on the stock market. Through these measures are expected to prospective investors are not wrong in determining the type of shares used in investing primarily related to the level of corporate liquidity.
