Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know execution of giving of financial compensation and non financial, employee performance, significant influence of financial compensation and nonfinansial, and which compensation variable of which more its the influence dominance to employee performance. Analyzer applied to know how compensation and employee performance that is by using scale spread. To know compensation influence (X) to employee performance (Y) applies doubled linear regression analysis applies F test by comparing calculate F value with F tables. Result of calculation average of scale spread for financial compensation variable that is scored a point 126,5 meaning that financial compensation given to admission employee in categorizing good. Based on result of calculation average of scale spread for compensation variable of numeral obtainable non financial 127,5 meaning that compensation of non financial given to admission employee in categorizing good. Based on result of calculation average of scale spread is scored a point 134,33 meaning that admission employee performance in categorizing very height. Calculation of doubled linear regression analysis of Y= 1,924 + 0,395 X1 + 0,248 X2 + e, R2 square 0,709 indicating that financial compensation variable and non financial joinly gives contribution equal to 72,4% to change of employee performance. Test Result F is done by comparing F calculate with table F at significance level = 0,05. F calculate 48,415 > table F 2,100 the result can prove that in simultan compensation influential significant to employee performance. Based on conclusion is upper, writer concludes can that financial compensation has dominant influence to employee performance.
