Abstract

Pop-up book is one of the learning media that can be used to support learning in schools. This study aims to develop learning media based on mathematical investigation pop-up books with valid, practical, and effeective algebraic, form material. This study uses the ADDIE research model (Analysisi, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) by conducting a limited test on 10 junior high school students at MTs Darussalam Kademangan Blitar VIIC class. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, stidents questionnaire responses, and test sheets. Based on the results of research that has been done, the results of media validation and pop-up book material that have been developed are 3,047 and 3,067, respectively. The practicality of the pop-up bppk gets 100% response from students in the very prctical category. While the effectiveness of the media seen throught the test results get an average value of 90 so that it is categorized as effective. Based on the description above, the pop-up book algebraic form based on mathematical investigations in junior high school is valid, practical, and effective for use in learning mathematics.
