Abstract

Village fund management is inseparable from internal control of village organization. This research aims to analyze how internal control of village fund management in Bintang Ninggi I village and whether the internal control in Bintang Ninggi I village has been effective. Data analysis technique used is to describe the data that has been collected. The stages of data analysis used in this research are: (1) Analysis of the organizational structure that separates responsibilities in a strict and detailed manner; (2) Analysis of the authority system in the recording procedure in the organization; (3) Analysis of good practices in carrying out the duties and functions of each organizational unit; (4) Analysis of employees who have quality in accordance with the responsibilities given; and GAP Analysis. The results of this research are the internal control in Bintang Ninggi I Village has fulfilled the elements of control, the existence of an organizational structure, the authority system in recording procedures, healthy practices, and the quality of employees of Bintang Ninggi I Village. The internal control of village fund management in Bintang Ninggi I Village have met the effective category, except the organizational structure, employee quality, planning stage.
