Abstract

Research done was a survey with questionnaire as sampling tool. The title was “Analisis Loyalitas Pengecer Terhadap Toko Supit Urang di Desa Srikaton kecamatan Ngantru Kabupaten Tulungagung”. The research aimed to find out factors build the retailer loyalty to “Supit Urang” store and also to find out dominant factor built the retailer loyalty to “Supit Urang” Store. In the research the writer took two hypothesis. They were : factors like location, arrangement, arrangement of free flow, and stimulation in the store were factors built the retailer loyalty to “Supit Urang Store” and location factor and internal stimulation of the store were the dominant form factors to the retailer loyalty to “Supit Urang” store at Srikaton Village Ngantru Subdistrict, Tulungagung Residence. Analytical tool used was factor analysis, since the writer tried to dig factor caused the retailer loyal to the store which in the research, the writer focused on “Supit Urang” Store at Srikaton village. By digging the store internal variables, the writer tried to show factor caused the retailer loyal to “Supit Urang” Store. From the research result done by the writer, there could be concluded that location factor has dominant influence to the retailer loyalty at “Supit Urang” Store by eigen value 2.510 and variant 13.942%. Next factor also considered by consumer was facility factor with variant percentage 11.668 %, environment and discount with variant percentage 11.270%, safety and neatness with variant percentage 10.033%, seller attitude and path with variant percentage 10.020%, clearness and variance with variant percentage 9.569%. According to above conclusion, the store owner should pay attention to location, facility, environment, and discount, safety and neatness, seller attitude and path, clearness and variance to make the store crowded by retailer and get developed.
