This research aim to know organizational culture and quality of product, knowing cultural influence of organizational to product quality yielded at CV of Caprina Agroindustri Malang. Research type the used is research of survey that is research taking sample from an population and use questioners as fundamental data collector. Datas the used obtained primary data circularized questioners to some chosen responders and data of sekunder obtained is researcher indirectly covering; image of public of company which consist of company history, organization chart and also theory related to organizational culture and quality of. The data analyzed by using Analyzer of Regresi Double Linear. Research result indicate that organizational culture have influence which isn’t it product quality at CV Caprina Agroindustri Malang. This matter supported with coefficient of determinasi 0.930 with the meaning culture influence contribution of organization to product quality equal 93 %. Hereinafter after so test and f of t, all variable in cultural concept of organization have influence which isn’t to product quality. Conclusion of this research, organizational culture can explain ad for manner of product quality that is equal 93 %. Purvsuant to conclusion at the instance of which can given; considering result of research where culture of organizational covering risking and innovation, attention of detail, orient result, people orientation, team orientation, stability and aggressiveness very have an effect on to product quality, this matter can be made reference and concept for or leader of manager so that having sensitivity to organizational type which was subordinate characteristic and him of, nature of and subordinate duty base, so that will be created and dynamic condition for employees relation with company with reaching all target which have been specified and also company shall remain to pay attention other factor which during the time less have an effect on, so that will be able to more improve again the quality of product was which during the time reached.
