Abstract

This research titled “Influence of Post-Selling Service to the Consumer Image to PT Sarana Kencana Mulya Polytron Malang”. This research aimed to find out about the significance of post-selling service influence to the consumer image at PT. Sarana kencana Mulya Polytron Malang and also to find out the dominant post-selling service variable influence to the consumer image at PT. Sarana Kencana Mulya Polytron Malang. The research usage for the company were as input and consideration to fix the post-selling service in order to maintain good relation with the consumer in the future. Analytical tools used in this research was Multiple-Regression analysis Analysis showed that the post-selling service variable included : consultation, assurance, service, and guarantee has significant influence to the consumer image of PT. Sarana Kencana Mulya Polytron Malang. The influence could be apart as gift variable 3,077%, consultation 3,128%, assurance 3,222%, service 4,081% and guarantee 2,915. From The post-selling service, service variable has dominant influence to the consumer image at PT. Sarana Kencana Mulya Polytron Malang. According to the conclusion, the writer implied that PT. Sarana Kencana Mulya Polytron Malang should maintain and increase the post-selling service for consumer
