Abstract

This study is a case study in PR. Adi Young Malang Search for "Operational Audit On Sale To Assess Efficiency Function danEfektivitas On Cigarette Company Adi Young Malang". This study backdrop for their efficiency and effectiveness are very important in pelaksanaankegiatan sales function. Operational audit is a tool to be used for assessing the efficiency, effectiveness and operational ekonomisasi suatuorganisasi. Data analysis techniques used include preliminary preparation phase, field research, inspection programs, program implementation, and reporting dantindak information. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational audit function sales made PR. Adi Young Malang has been efficient and effective. Results from research show that the company's sales activities in in 2003 until 2005 effectively, this can be seen from the calculation effectiveness where the company can achieve targets and budgets penjualanpertahunnya, but corporate profits are less than optimal, and the company's sales during the year tersebutkegiatan said to be efficient, this can be seen perhitunganefisiennya where output is greater than the sale of inputs berupabeban penjualanDari calculated the level of efficiency and effectiveness dapatdisimpulkan that the effectiveness can be concluded that the operational audit denganadanya company can assess the efficiency and effectiveness and sebabsebabterjadinya fungsipenjualan ineffective condition. Based on the above conclusions, the authors can provide advice that Cigarette companies Adi Young Malang budget should be made terwilayahpemasaran to increase sales volume. Besides, the author jugamengusulkan for the company should improve its promotional activities.
