The non-linguistic problems were divided into the teacher’s challenges in explaining the material clearly, the students’ feeling of boredom and the teaching and learning environment. Moreover, there were some causes of the non-linguistic problems namely, the teacher’s limited professional development, the teacher’s traditional method of teaching and the lack of equipment and facility. Furthermore, the teacher showed some efforts to solve her non-linguistic problems by choosing a familiar topic such as fruits and animals which could be used in daily life. Also, the teacher had implemented flashcard to make her teaching and learning process more attractive. Then, sometimes the teacher encouraged the students through singing a song that was created by the teacher. Overall, by providing facilities such as computer, projector, speaker or etc. it will encourage the teacher to be more creative to deliver the material.
