Abstract

Grid beam structure consists of blocks that intersect, with the relative distance of the meeting, which rested on a thin plate. This system intended to reduce the weight of its own plate, so that the deflection of the plate large can be reduced. This system is considered efficient for a large expanse and also can be designed according to taste. In the planning of grid blocks used "force method", where the effect torsion is not taken into account. The principle is simply to determine where the beam up and where the beam down. Action on the beam above is (P - X) and the lower beam is (X). Then created a system of linear equations for the beam on and beam below. Coefficient values taken from table makowsky. By equating the two equation is obtained the value of X. Calculation of beam and column statics using the program SAP 2000. Dimensional block grids are planned under 250/400 mm beam, 200/350 mm beam over a long span beam with a grid of 2 x 2 m. Dimensions of main beam planned 400/700 mm and 700/700 mm column. Thick roof slab reinforcement 100 mm using a D8 - 175 for pedestal / field (x direction) and D8 - 175 to support regional / field (y direction). Reinforcement 120 mm thick slab using a D8 - 150 for pedestal / field (x direction) and D8 - 150 for pedestal area / field (y direction). Reinforcement grid to the roof beams obtained beam on 3D16, the beams under the 5D18, to the floor beams on 5D18, the beams under 7D19 and wear stirrup D8 - 100. Planning main beam structure I, (direction x) used reinforcement field 5D19 and 9D19 pedestal, (y direction) used reinforcement 4D19 and 8D19 field support, Structure II (direction x) used reinforcement field 5D19 and 9D19 pedestal, (y direction) used reinforcement and support field 5D25 9D25, to the main beam is used stirrup D10 - 150 and a maximum diameter of a circle D10 - 300. Columns are being used as reinforcement 8D22 for each side and edge column 6D22 reinforcement used for each side with a reinforcement stirrup D10 - 350.
