Abstract
Along the demand of Pasuruan society citizens in sports, the application of Pogar Stadium construction building was given to different contractor and consultant as the auction deal, since the large project would need much cost too. In this construction project, there were no one wanted a late or deviant in schedule and cost in project application of Tribune development in Pogar Bangil Stadium, but the reality showed a late in finishing schedule didn’t fit the plan schedule. End this task we tried to discuss the rescheduling that will distudy / planned. With the rescheduling planning to use the software Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 in detail. Costs required to complete the construction building at the Tribune Pogar Bangil Stadium in 2005 was Rp. 3,092,668,000.00 as calculated by the volume and rescheduled drawn using the 2008 prices by using the software Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 to Rp. 6,600,000,000.00 (including 10% PPN), occurred increase the cost Rp. 3,507,332,000.00. Because the unit price of the work or price at the time of construction materials Tribune Bangil Pogar Stadium in 2005 is more expensive than the unit price of the work or materials in 2008. Total duration before using program Microsoft Office Project Profesional 2003 was 110 days working, after analyzed using rescheduled tool with Microsoft Office Project Profesional 2003 there found optimum time 95 work days using assumption September 12th 2008 and finished at December 23rd 2008.
