Abstract
The role of humans in a job is very important. There are two human conditions at work. First is the condition where humans work as operators. In this condition, the Second is a condition where humans work with their own bodies. Both of these conditions certainly exist in a company. One of them is PT. X. This company is engaged in the transportation industry. Much work at this company is done manually. The manual work is carried out monotonously and continuously with a static load for one shift. Can be said as a repetitive job. In addition, the body posture is less ergonomic. This can lead to Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSD) disorders. WMSD in general often occurs in the upper body and repetitive work. So it needs to be analyzed by the method of ergonomics. The method the researcher will use is the Occupational Repetitive Action (OCRA) Index. This method is appropriate for analyzing the upper body or upper limb.
