Abstract

Safety and health of every employee is an important thing that must be considered by every company. Where employees are important assets owned by a company that needs to be safeguarded and protected. But the problem often faced by a company is a work accident. Work accidents occur when work takes place at work. The causes of work accidents are caused by unfavorable working conditions (dust and pollution), negligence of workers, and errors in operation. So the researchers recommend one method to minimize workplace accidents using HIRARC (Hazart Identification, Risk Accreditation, and Risk Control). HIRARC is a step in identifying potential hazards, risk assessment and control. HIRARC aims to systematically evaluate and assess potential hazards at work. With this method it is expected to be able to minimize the risk of work accidents and the potential hazards caused.
