Abstract

Works in the printing field that causes Musculosketal Soldered (MSDs) which can be caused by repetitive movements and awkward postures. Workers can also experience physical disorders such as Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDS). To reduce these risks, it is necessary to analyze work tasks through risk to improve posture during activities to determine the level of risk for each task, and cumulative risk for each work cycle. This study uses the Postural Ergonomic Risk Assessment (PERA) method to analyze and measure cyclic examination work. (A) to posture, duration, and strength divided into three groups (A <4 = Low risk, 4 ≤ A ≥ 7 = risk risk, A ≥ 7 = high risk). the duration of time and the urgency of the posture provide workers with high risk, whereas manual workers operating cut machines can cause medium and low risk workers. We find it is a high potential risk that causes damage is workers who move goods that do not have proper facilities. Meanwhile, measurements and paper cuts are owned by the workers, respectively.
