Abstract
This research represent event study entitling “Analisis Pengaruh Penerbitan Obligasi PT HM Sampoerna III Terhadap Return Saham” . Intention of this research is to know the influence bond issue about abnormal return of share PT HM Sampoerna Tbk company alteration before and after the third HM Sampoerna bond issue and to know the influence bond issue which is about index exchange liquid-45 before and after the third HM Sampoerna bond issue. The hypothesis of this Research is, H1: there are significant of abnormal return of share around announcement of HM Sampoerna before and after, and H2: is there are significant exchange of index exchange liquid-45 before and after the third HM Sampoerna bond issue. while sample was selected with any purposed about this research are HM Sampoerna share company and index exchange liquid-45. Analyzer used to test first hypothesis by using two independent sample test,with Mann-Whitney U formula and the second is accounted index exchange liquid-45 with analysis statistic data non parametric Mann-Whitney U formula with use SPSS version 11.0 the two independent sample test with the propability error 5% step. Result of examination of inferential hypothesis for the first hypothesis there are significant deferend beetwen the share return before announcement with share return after bond issue. The second is there are no significant deferend beetwen index exchange liquid-45 before announcement with index exchange liquid-45 after bond issue.
