This research type is research of survey, where researcher interview, observation and questioner in data collecting conducted at PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang which located in Jl. Letjen S.Parman No.91 Malang with research title that is: “Influence Motivate To Performance Employees at PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang " Target this research is to know employees motivational level, employees performance level, to know motivation which consist of physiological requirement, security, socialization, appreciation, and x'self actualizes have an effect on to improvement of employees performance and to know the strongest motivation variable of influence of to employees performance at PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang. As for usefulness of research which wish to be reached specially for company expected can give input which are positive for relevant company specially PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang concerning influence motivate to employees performance. Analyzer that used in this research that is by using spanning and scale of regression linear is doubled. Than analysis result span scale indicate that motivation all employees at PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang which cover physiological requirement, requirement of security, requirement of appreciation and requirement of x'self actualizes enter in high category, while for the requirement of socialization enter in very high category. Analysis result span scale also can know that performance all employees at PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang enter in high category. Pursuant to result test F can know that activity motivation variable covering physiological requirement, security, socialization, appreciation, and x'self actualizes by together have influence which isn't to employees performance at PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang. Value Coefficient of determinacy (R2) that is equal to 0, 0,848, thereby mean that influence of motivation variable work to employees performance at PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang can be explained by about 84,8% by physiological requirement variable (X1), security (X2), socialization (X3), appreciation (X4), and x'self actualizes (X5) while the rest about 15,2% explained by other variable which do not the included in this research. Pursuant to coefficient result of regression the each proven motivation variable that physiological requirement have dominant influence to employees performance at PT. Hero Sakti Motor Suzuki Malang. Some suggestions which raised in research that is expected company to give timely and competent salary to all employees so that can fulfill all physiological requirement which is requirement of fundamental or most is base and is factor owning biggest influence to performance all employees. Besides expected by company also pay attention other factors, the mentioned because of fourth of other factor also have an effect on positive to performance of employees.
