Abstract

Research which conducted by writer entitle "Analysis Decision Of In Doing Fitness At Calosa Fitness Centre Malang ". Target of this research is to know factors what is is considered by cutomer in doing fitness at Calosa Fitness Centre Malang and to know dominant factor which considered by cutomer in doing fitness at Calosa Fitness Centre Malang. Hypothesis which raised in this research, (1) Factor product (product), price (price), promotion (promotion), place (place), people (people), physical evidence (physical evidence), process (process), and cutomer service (customer service) considered by cutomer in doing fitness at Calosa Fitness Centre in Malang. (2) Factor product is factor which is dominant to be considered by cutomer in doing fitness at Calosa Fitness Centre in malang. Analyzer the used is factor analysis that is used to reduce data, summarized from many into one or some factorses where hypothesis test of used by test of KMO (Kaiser_Meyer_Olkin) with assessment > 0.5. From to 21 used variable only 20 variable owning value of communality above 0.5 and form 6 factor of core of that is (1) promotion factor and location with value of eigenvalue equal to 4.585 with variance equal to 22.926, (2) ability of officer assess eigenvalue equal to 2.142 and variance equal to 10.712, (3) service of employees assess eigenvalue equal to 2.094 and variance equal to 10.470, (4) price and facility assess eigenvalue equal to 1.961 and variance equal to 9.805, (5) appearance of physical assess eigenvalue equal to 1.474 and variance equal to 7.370, (6) parking value of eigenvalue equal to 1.339 and variance equal to 6.693. Hypothesis test of II used by technique of Principal Components Analysis by two criterion that is Eigenvalue > 1 and percent of varian with commulatif percentage of variant of > 0.5. And factor which is dominant to be considered by cutomer in doing fitness at Calosa Fitness Centre Malang that is promotion factor and location with value of eigenvalue equal to 4.585 and variance equal to 22.926.
