In sexual development, the individual will have the sexual urge as a result of reaction to sex hormones in the body. Sex drive should be filled with marriedcouples. However, a person who is or has reached sexual maturity, but not married must have its own problems. Consequently, the sexual urge acted in a way to masturbate. Masturbation is a normal thing at the age of puberty and adolescence, but not so in adulthood because it is considered as abnormal symptoms especially if done to excess with a frequency more than twice a day. Masturbation can cause feelings of guilt that can negatively impact one\'s psychological condition. Therefore, this research is important to be pursued to the prevention or treatment for anyone who has not or who are involved in the habit of masturbation. This type of qualitative research with case study method. Research subjects which amount to three people with gender men aged adults who masturbate constantly. Next, the data collection method used, the interviews and the Rorschach test. In analyzing the data is done by examining or studying the stages of data, reduction and interpretation of data. In addition, to check the validity of data used the method of triangulation techniques. Research results show that backgrounds subject to masturbate because of the interaction of several factors, including weak ego control, high sex drive in a subject, the influence of friends and the reinforcement. Further, formed a psychological condition in which subjects experience cognitive difficulties in optimizing the potential for intellectual, formed concrete thinking, practical and like to fantasize; affection and emotion, where there were indications of depression because of the anxiety that is always suppressed; and low willingness function is marked with the willingness and motivation to develop selfless, social contact and others so that productivity is low.
