The study titled "The Influence of Human Resource competence to employee performance PT.Malang Intermedia editorial division of the Press." The first purpose of this study to determine the competence of the employees of PT. Poor Intermedia Press. Second, to determine the performance of the editorial division of PT employees. This research type is research done explanation where the researchers conducted observations in data collection conducted at PT. Malang Intermedia Press, located on Jl. Arjuna No. 23. Variable competence skills, knowledge and self concept together have a very significant effect on the performance of the editorial division of PT employees. Poor Intermedia Press. Results obtained by analysis of tilapia significance F of 62.362 with a 0.000. The influence of all variables on the performance of the employee competence is 87.8%. Variable skill competencies have a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Poor Intermedia Press with regression coefficient 0.392 with significance of 0.002. The company and the employees themselves should give special attention to the competency skills, because based on these results, competency skills have the greatest impact in improving employee performance. Through regular training both dialakukan company and outside the corporate environment would mean a lot to increase employee skill competencies. The management of PT. Poor Intermedia Press can provide care to our employees by conducting a promotion or reward pernberian (kornpensasi) for employees who perform better than the performance of other employees. It will make employees who have lower performance to further improve its performance.
