Abstract

The research title Strategy Marketing At Company Hulling Rice of UD Karya Bersama Countryside of Dawung, District Of Jogorogo, Sub-Province of Ngawi. This Research is research type qualitative with analysis of deskriftif. Intention of this research is to know weakness and strength which is on kibbling company rice of UD Karya Bersama, and also know threat and opportunity which on company so that can determine appropriate marketing strategy at kibbling company rice of UD Karya Bersama. From result analyse company of UD Karya Bersama having the power in the form of product differensiasi that is selling assorted rice type, quality of good product, existence of high trust of good relation and masarakat with cutomer. While weakness had by UD Karya Bersama is narrow;tight marketing region ( still just area scope of Ngawi), not yet can assign value which is on goods, small kiln, lack of transportation appliance had by company. Therefore company can maximize some strategies that is strategy of SO (Opportunity Strength) that is maximizing opportunity and strength had company for example maintained and improve the quality of product that is without neglecting dry rate and isn't it system of kebin. strategy of WO(Weakness Treatment) that is strategy for the meminimalisir of weakness exploited opportunity for example added marketing region by whole saler searching and multiply retailers, strategy of ST(Strength Treathment) that is strategy maximizing strength of company to face threat for example improved promotion isn't it correct media, while strategy '( Weakness-Treatment) is strategy for the meminimalisir of threat and weakness by company that is priced competing. Expected company of UD Karya Bersama strategy application can matching with requirement of company to be able to face emulation, planning of program with aim to to plan a marketing concept for company, can become consideration for company to improve marketing performance
