The correct production planning represents part of primal in the system of manufacture. Production planning of aggregate have bearing with rule of production, inventory, and the level of worked for capacities that fulfill request of product market which will be yield. PT. Timur Prima Lestari Sentosa represent peripatetic company in the the area of manufacture multi product. So that it can guarantee customers’ satisfaction of campany claimed to be able to fulfill request of consumer precisely in the case of quality, amount as well as on schedule. In the reality, the request of consumer is not always the same in every period, so that Force Company should be able to overcome the problem of request gambol or degradation of request so that production process can walk easily and campany is not unprofitable. In the effort of finishing the problems that used by Fuzzy formulation to get Production Planning Of Optimal Aggregate which is use resource as wise as possible with expenditure of expense as low as possible. To compile Production Planning of Aggregate, first step that is forecasting demand for 3 months. And than selected the best forecasting method depends on the value of MAPE smallest then calculated by its fuzzy request, calculating the time produce and production cost, second stage that is making model of formula’s fuzzy which consist of decision variable, function, of target and definition function, and will be processed constructively program of Quantitative System to get result of Production Planning Of Optimal Aggregate. Based on the result of Production Planning of Aggregate by using Fuzzy Formulation, the company can fulfill request of consumer and the economical cost can production equal to Rp.181.606.681,- or 13,86%.
