A certain number of precentage and number of work load in each operator that unsuitable in circulation process production to invent Blade product DB8, concequence waste of time with doing nothing (idle time) in work station, so work efficiency level is low. Based on that condition, line balancing must needed. Using simulation theory is change the number of percentage and the number of work load in each operator. It can less the time of idle time in each work station, so balance of circulation (line balancing) with efficiency level becomes high. After through analysis problem, a count and discussion that concluded with beginning percentage number is 25% and change a number of work station in each operator there are: for operator 1 process 1, 2, 4, 5 dan process 6, for operator 2 process 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 dan process 8 and last for operator 3 process 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 dan process 8, the result the idle time less until 6,46% than the beginning process 322,85 second/600unit and efficiency level increase 75,114% with high level unit 64 unit/day and netto level becomes 628.026,38/day than the beginning condition.
