Creativity of the community in Gading Kasri Village especially housewives and young girls drop out of school less in creating a group activity that can generate revenue, so it's important partners serve community service activities. Goals in expected from Creative Business IbM program for poor families in the Gading Kasri Village Klojen Malang intrapreneurship is to increase knowledge in management for both partners the target, increasing managerial capabilities, and have the independence and able to cooperate with the principle of mutual benefit with other parties. The method used is the training and advicement sustainably. The results of the activities of this service is that the partners feel that service activities can improve the quality of the products of creative endeavor that can be used as livelihood sideline but can be used as the main livelihood or land entrepreneurship. Increased knowledge of partners regarding the pattern and fashion clothing, so the business services sewing for a living can be developed and customers is increasing. Increased management skills and business management professionals start managing human resource management, production management, system management, administration, and marketing management.
