This research purpose is to that to know the cultural characteristic of employees performance and organization PT. Post Indonesia (Persero) Post Office Malang. Here in after to know the cultural characteristic of the organization consisting of the risking and innovation, attention to detail, orient the result, people orientation, have an effect on significantion to employees performance PT. Post Indonesia (Persero) Post Office Malang and to know the cultural characteristic of the organization very have an effect on big to employees performance. This research benefit that is can give the input for the management for the agenda of improving the cultural benefit of organization in company, so that cultural characteristic of applied organization can be maximal to improvely employees performance. The analyzer used in this research that is by using analysis span the scale and regresition doubled linear with test F and test t. Pursuant to analysis result span the knowable scale that cultural characteristic of organization enter in high category. Employees performance at PT. Post Indonesia (Persero) enter in high category. Result analyse regresition knowable doubled linear that cultural characteristic variable of the organization cover the risking and innovation, attention to detail, orient the result, individual orientation, team orientation, aggresiveness and stability is in together have the influence significantion to performance work the employees at PT. Post Indonesia (Persero). Level of influence each visible variable as a whole from coefficient regresition knowable that people orientation have influence of larger ones to performance work the employees at PT. Post Indonesia (Persero). Suggestion able to be raised to institution that is expected company to fixed to maintain the cultural condition of the organization there are company. As for real effort able to be done that is by giving freedom to employees to so that employeeses can participate maximal only company. For the agenda of improving the performance employeeses expected by the company side to pay attention the condition work by doing planning precisely so that can be used the line item for employees. At other side expected by the company side in giving the duty or occupation expected to be adapted for ability of the employees and create the harmonious activity relation condition.
